My studio is in Houston Texas.  I have workshops on occasion, shows of local artists and others. The main focus of my studio is producing my prints and assemblages. I collect ephemera from the 19th century to the 20th. I mash together images from different time periods like the Monkeys sitting on top of Televisions. The monkeys originate from a naturalist encyclopedia from the 1800's and the TV's mostly are appropriated from 1930's National geographic magazines.  Nature versus human technology. Paper dolls are a big part of my paper collection that I use to construct open-ended Narratives. The Paper doll dresses and dog prints are Girl-Power images. The vintage imagery creates Nostalgia, however I think my combined images are timeless and relate to now. I have work in the Houston Museum of Fine Arts collection, New Orleans Contemporary Art Museum and Contemporary Art Museum of Plainview. I also have works in some very fine private national and international collections. I have shown work in National and international shows, the Houston Art Fair and Outsider art-fair NYC.
